Red Mountain Collision uses only the best paint products by Sherwin Williams. Our craftsmen are factory certified and trained. Our painters are professional tradesmen with many years of experience.

Our complete repaints are the best! We completely machine and hand sand the vehicle. Any spots taken to bare metal are primed. The vehicle then receives a gray sealer coat (there is NO left over scrap paint used). After the vehicle is painted we color sand and buff the vehicle - most other shops DO NOT do this. Beware - ASK QUESTIONS!

We limit ourselves to 3 to 4 complete repaints per week vs 50 to 60 for other volume production-type shops.

Our paint booth is one ofthe latest designs with downdraft technology and seperate gas-fired heating chambers. Further, the booth is pressurized for BOTH heating and cooling! The heating unit is 1 MILLION BTU and the cooling unit is 22,500 CFM. This allows the painter to control the temperature from a chilling 60 degrees to a roasting 180 degrees.

 

The paint systems are all the latest generation technology by Sherwin Williams. One of our benches is the infamous ULTRA7000! The other bench has another very familiar and highly demanded system: Dimension by Sherwin Williams. This allows the painter to mix 2 different base-coat clear-coat systems for the complete repaints.
